1. Child Supervision & Safety
- Constantly monitor children to ensure their safety.
- Help maintain appropriate child-to-teacher ratios.
- Assist with transitions (e.g., from playtime to snack or nap time).
- Ensure safe play indoors and outdoors.
2. Support with Daily Routines
- Help with diapering, toilet training, and hygiene routines.
- Assist during mealtimes and snacks (e.g., serving food, cleaning up).
- Guide children through nap/rest times.
3. Classroom Activities
- Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
- Engage children in play-based learning (e.g., story time, music, art, sensory play).
- Encourage language development and social skills.
4. Behavior Guidance
- Help model and reinforce positive behavior.
- Redirect inappropriate behavior gently and consistently.
- Support social-emotional development (e.g., helping children express feelings, take turns).
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
